【5】About Bus

・ The quotation includes one charter bus on 11/28~12/3,

12/3 stay at hotel near Kansai Airport, we will use hotel’s shuttle bus for airport transfer on 12/4

・ Basis of bus quotation, 2~7 customers can choose driver cum guide(English or Chinese), with 9 seats Toyota Hiace car, 8~12 customers by minibus(17 seats), 13~24 customers by medium bus(28seats),

25 customers or more by large bus(45~49seats)

・ Large bus luggage trunk always can carry about 35 passengers’ luggage(per person one normal size luggage),

for 40 passengers, if the luggage trunk is not enough space, additional luggage bus may be arranged and extra charge.

・ Bus’s daying use is always from 8am~18pm 10hours. Over 10 hours, customers must pay overtime fee to bus company 【6】About another Transportations

【8】About Currency of Payment

・ The quotation is in Japanese yen, and your company can choose to pay in Japanese yen or US dollars

【9】About Payment Due Date

・ 10% payment is due 31 days prior to the start date

・ Full payment is due 15 days prior to the start date

【10】About Cancellation Charge

・ 61 days prior to the scheduled arrival date: JPY20,000 per person as hotel deposit

・ 31 days prior to the scheduled arrival date: 20% of the total

・ 20 days prior to the scheduled arrival date: 50% of the total

・ 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date: 80% of the total

・ No-show: 100% of the total
