Counting Down to the End of 2022—Dharamshala Now Has a Cable Car!
I recently took a trip to Dharamshala, not only to accomplish the most important task of 2022 but also to reward myself with a bit of rest in this serene place.
Exploring the mountains is always a joy. I remember last year when I was in Dharamshala, I saw the cable car still under construction. This year, it’s fully completed and operational. Thanks to this convenient mode of transport, every traveler can now reach their destination easily in a short amount of time.
The cable car runs from Mcleodganj to the Dharamshala bus station, with a one-way ticket priced at INR 425 per person. The ride takes about 20 minutes, with the last trip at 5:30 PM. The cable car offers an alternative way to ascend the mountains.
However, the influx of domestic tourists has made this once quiet mountain town less peaceful than it used to be. You can now see many newly opened Instagrammable cafes and restaurants in the mountains, and some establishments have even started offering KTV services. The rapid commercialization of the area is well underway…
After buying my ticket and boarding the cable car, I enjoyed the distant mountain views with a freshly brewed cup of Taiwanese tea in hand, savoring the brief moment of tranquility.

2022年最後倒數計時中–達蘭薩拉有纜車了！
最近跑了一趟達蘭薩拉，除了完成2022的最重要的一件事外，也想慰勞一下自己，可以在達蘭稍微休息一下下。
走訪山林是件很開心的事，記得去年在達蘭薩拉時，看到仍在興建的纜車，今年是完全完工並營運了。透過便利的交通工具，讓每個旅人都能在很短的時間內以很輕易的方式到達目的地。
纜車從Mcleoganj至達蘭薩拉巴士站，單趟票價為INR 425/人，單趟約莫20分鐘，最後一班為5:30PM，纜車也為上山提供另外一種方式。
雖然如此，但大量擁入的國內觀光客也讓這昔日寧靜的山城，不若以往。山上可以看到一間一間新開的網美店、餐廳，也看到了有些店家開始有了KTV的營業項目。快速觀光化的景象正在進行中…….
買了票，搭上了纜車，看著遠處的山景，手中拿著已泡好的台灣茶，享受這片刻的寧靜。
