Based on your Travel Preferences and budget, we work out the Travel Package Cost such as Economic Travel Package, Standard Travel Package and Luxury Travel Package.

Does This Package Includes Flight Tickets Domestic or International ?

This Package Does not Includes Domestic or International Flights due to fluctuating Air Tariffs. We book your flights on receiving the airfare/package cost.

We are traveling in Odd Numbers, can you explain more how you will make arrangements for Single Person ?

We offer travel package cost to travelers based on Even and Odd Numbers, Single Room, Twin Room, Double Room, Triple Room (Three Single Beds or with Extra Bed).
*In most of hotels, Extra bed offered with Foldable Mattress on Floor Basis.

Does This Package Includes Visa ?

No, Package Does Not Include Visa. Visa-on-Arrival facility is available to the citizens of Japan, South Korea & UAE(only for such UAE nationals who had earlier obtained e-Visa or regular/paper visa for India).

Does This Package Includes Travel Insurance ?

No, Package Does Not Include Travel Insurance. We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances during your trip.

We have option of Small Vehicle such as Sedan Car for 1 or 2 Travelers and Medium Size Vehicle for 4 Travelers, Above 4 or 5 travelers we use 9 Seater, 12 Seater, 18 Seater or 27 Seater Vehicles and so on.

Confirmation Policy

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking
In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

Refund Policy

The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.
Any Transaction Charge during bank transfer on applicable refunds will be born by the customer only.

Cancellation Policy

cancellation are made 30 days before the date of travel then 25.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
cancellation are made 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel then 50.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
cancellation are made 0 days to 15 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees

Payment Terms Policy

70.0% of total tour cost will have to be paid on day of Package Confirmation
Balance Tour Cost of 30%, has to be paid 15 Days before Date of Travel
